Need to cancel an order right away? You have a 12-hour period right after placing the order to do so. After that window closes, the order has likely entered processing or is already on its way, and we're unable to stop it.
When your package will arrive
Every order is processed and handed off to the carrier within 3 working days. Since we ship from different fulfillment centers around the world, delivery takes between 7 and 20 working days on average. Your tracking number will be updated 3 to 7 days after the shipment leaves our facility.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of receiving it. After reviewing your case, and if approved, a replacement will be sent. Do not send anything back before the review is complete. Zenvarello reserves the right to decline a return request.
Items that are final sale
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics
- Lingerie
- Underwear or shapewear
Who pays for return shipping
For any return that does proceed, the cost of shipping the item back falls on you, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
