Product prices can change without notice. The information on our site is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current; it exists for general information only. If you rely on it, you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a product’s color will be perfectly accurate, nor do we warrant that the quality of any product, service, or information you obtain will match your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be fixed.

Occasionally, the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We can correct these and cancel orders at any time without prior notice, even after you’ve submitted your order. We are not obligated to update any information except as required by law, and no refresh date on the site should be interpreted as a signal that everything has been updated.

We don’t evaluate their content or accuracy, and we aren’t liable for any harm or damages from your transactions with them. Direct any complaints about third-party products to the third party.

You must indemnify and hold harmless Zenvarello and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of a third party’s rights.

When you use the site, your content—excluding credit card information—may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

How This Agreement Can Change or End

You can terminate this agreement by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or simply by ceasing to use the site. If you fail to comply with any term, we can terminate this agreement without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. The obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed, leaving the rest of the Terms fully valid. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right. These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post, form the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in interpretation will not be construed against the drafting party.
